special notation surcharge: 40% of total project cost

weekend/holiday/rush job surcharge: 50% of total project cost

client is also responisble for all postage, fax, phone charges, and travel expenses

*af stands for active frame, which is any bar containing a musical note or rests, other than a whole measure rest.
